COLLECTOR SERVICES

THE CURATORIAL LIAISON

House Montsserat operates with a commitment to excellence. Our Collector Services team is dedicated to the stewardship of your acquisition, ensuring every inquiry is met with precision, discretion, and archival authority.

CORRESPONDENCE

For all inquiries regarding current acquisitions, private commissions, or archival provenance, please contact the House directly at hi@montsserat.com

Our curatorial assistants monitor correspondence Monday through Friday. We aim to provide a definitive response within two business days.

TRANSIT & ACQUISITION LOGISTICS

Every work is treated as a high-value asset. We employ specialized global courier partners to ensure the physical integrity of your acquisition from the House to your private collection.

Global Distribution: The House facilitates secure transit to major international territories.

Secure Tracking: Upon dispatch, a tracking briefing is issued via email to allow for the monitoring of your asset in real-time.

Bespoke Handling: For large-format acquisitions or multi-work portfolios, white-glove installation and specialized courier services are available upon request.

ARCHIVAL INTEGRITY & AUTHENTICATION

House Montsserat guarantees the material excellence of every work. All pieces are produced using museum-grade pigment inks on acid-free cotton rag paper to ensure longevity and investment value.

Authentication: Your acquisition is accompanied by a hand-signed, wax-sealed Certificate of Authenticity. This document serves as the definitive record of provenance and should be preserved in a secure, climate-controlled environment.

Integrity Protocol: In the rare instance of transit-related compromise, collectors must notify the House within seven days of receipt. We will facilitate a secure return and the immediate production of a replacement edition to preserve the standing of your acquisition

Curation & Care: To maintain archival quality, the House recommends professional framing with UV-protective glass. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or high-humidity environments..

PRIVATE LEDGER

The House maintains a confidential internal ledger of all acquisitions. Should you require a verification of provenance for secondary market transfers or insurance valuations, please contact the Curatorial Liaison with your original order coordinates and COA reference number.
